His latest single, The Sound, was just recently #1 on the CBC 2 Top 20! Matt is currently touring Germany and Western Canada, but often thinks of his new home up North.
Morgan Barrie is an emerging indie artist. A lifetime of experience exploring some of Canada's untamed wilderness is evident in his nature-infused lyrics and warm guitar riffs. Morgan wrote, recorded, and mixed his new album North right here in his home studio in Owen Sound, where he plays all of the instruments featured on the tracks. This is the debut and release party of this new album. Morgan will be accompanied by world class fiddler Tyler Beckett. Tyler's playing has won him countless accolades and taken him around the world.
